Welcome to the Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority (NBCMA) website!

The Authority was established under the 1945 Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act. Located in Richboro, Pennsylvania, we want to keep you informed about the excellent water and services we deliver to you. Our goal is and always has been to provide you with a dependable supply of drinking water and sanitary sewer services.

Please Conserve Water!

Due to the extended dry spell, low stream levels and declining well levels, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) has declared a statewide drought watch.  We are asking all NBCMA customers to implement voluntarily water conservation measures in your homes and businesses to reduce water use by 5 percent.
