Credit Card Payments Made Online
Now you can pay your NBCMA Water & Sewer Bills from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. Per transaction a convenience fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
ACH Payments
Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority now accepts payments using your bank account when using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). No convenience fee applied when paying with bank account option.

Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa credit cards for your NBCMA Water & Sewer Bills. The payment processing company charges a convenience fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum to cardholders who use this service. Just stop by our office or give us a call at 215-357-8515 to use your MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or Visa.
Recurring Payment
The Northampton Bucks County Municipal Authority is now offering Automatic Payment to our customers. You can download the form off of our official website or pick up a copy at our office. Fill out the form to its entirety with your checking or savings account information, and then mail in or drop off the completed form to our office located on 815 Bustleton Pike or fax the form at 215 357 5315. No fees attached when deducting. It is not mandatory to sign up for automatic payment. The deduction will take place on the 15th of each month or the following business day if the 15th of the month lands on a weekend.
*****Note: The Authority needs the completed form before the next billing cycle begins. For example, if you want the automatic payment to occur for you starting in May, we need the completed form handed/mailed/faxed/emailed in before the end of April*****
